Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of your purchase. All items must be returned unused, in its original condition with its original packaging.

To request a refund, please get in touch via the Contact Us form. Please confirm your order number and the reason for return. Once we have this information, we’ll send further instructions on where to post the return.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and accepted, we’ll notify you once the refund has been processed. The full amount will be refunded back onto the original payment method. Please note the refund will not include any shipping fees.

Please remember it can take a few days for your bank to display the funds in your bank account.

Exchanges 

In any case where you may desire an exchange, the quickest processed is to return the item in questions and make a new purchase for the desired item. Please do let us know if you plan to do this so we can ensure the process occurs as quick as possible.

Damages and issues 

In the event your order arrives damaged, faulty or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via the Contact us form. From here we’ll be able to assess the issue and resolve it speedily.
