Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders 1-2 working days after purchase. During busier periods it may take a little longer to process your order but we always aim to dispatch within the original timeframe.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail 1^st class service and delivery is usually the next working day as per Royal Mail’s website https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/1st-class . Please be advised this is not a guarantee and can take longer on occasions especially during busier periods e.g. Christmas season.

Please note shipping costs will vary depending on the item purchased. If possible, we’ll ensure to combine any multiple items purchased in one delivery. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is strictly available for BR1 and/or SE15 postcodes. Eligibility will be confirmed upon checkout.
